This project involved taking the Hotel from it's 80's era decor to an architecturally up-to-date venue, in keeping with the location being in the heart of Rose Bay. The hydraulic scope included, new staff and patron bathrooms, new commercial kitchen with the most up-to-date appliances and new gaming room and lounge bar.
