Brigid Shelley Project, Parramatta
Located in the heart of Parramatta’s CBD this site posed many regulatory challenges and requirements. This was a 4 level Modern addition to a Heritage 1880's Landmark Building. The work consisted of fire protection, Rain-water re-use and new student bathrooms. One of the project’s main achievements was the installation of a 25,000 litre concrete, in ground rainwater collection tank.
